Corbell Families!

Our Corbell Challenge Fun Run kicked off with an exciting Pep Rally! Register your student on funrun.com, using our schools registration code: Corbell El or by searching for our school name.

Our goal is to raise $30,000 for Guided Reading and technology to include iPads and Chromebooks, and we need your help!

Your student is coming home with a Pledgebook, where you can learn more about helping our school through the Fun Run. Enter all pledges at funrun.com, and your student will be rewarded the very next day. Plus, this year, every student will receive a FREE gift just for being a student at Corbell AND your student will receive a FREE prize just for being registered on funrun.com! We appreciate your support.

#Boosterthon

The Reflections program encourages students of all ages and abilities to explore and be involved in the arts in an educational way.

Through the program, Corbell Elementary and PTAs across the country urge students in preschool through grade 12 to create and submit original works of art in the medium of their choice— dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography and visual arts — reflecting on a specific theme.  This year’s theme is “HEROES AROUND ME.”

There also is a special artist division option for students with disabilities to ensure that all students have an opportunity to participate in the program. Students are recognized each year for their artistic ingenuity to bring the theme to life in a way that is personal and meaningful.

The link below includes information about the Reflections Program, as well as the entry form.

Entries can be submitted in the school’s Front Office September 24 – October 15, 2018

If you have any questions or comments please contact Lori, your Cultural Arts Chair at culturalarts@corbellpta.org.

Thanks for encouraging your student(s) to participate!
